Churches of Christ Victoria and Tasmanian invite you to the annual gathering of CCVT churches, agencies and members.

This year the event will run from the 19th of May until the 21st of May and will be hosted at the Clayton Church of Christ.

Come along and hear about the work our churches and members are doing, learn from other members and enjoy time together sharing our faith.

The event costs $ 180 per person for all three days or $95 per day ( Wednesday/Thursday). If you are attending only the AGM on Tuesday night that event is free, unless you wish to pay to attend the dinner as well. More information is available on the CCVT website.

Registrations need to be submitted via the CCVT website by the 4th of May to ensure catering requirements are met. Please note that catering does not cover Wednesday Night and you will need to book local venues for large groups.

Tuesday, May 19:

5pm: Doors open

5.30pm: Dinner

7pm: AGM

8.30pm: Close

Wednesday, May 20:

9am: Check In/Registration

10am: Session 1

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Session 2 

3pm: Session 3

4.30pm: Dinner (eat out at local restaurants)

6.30pm: Session 4 – Celebration Event (including Ordinations)

8pm: Supper

Thursday, May 21:

8.30am: Check in/Breakfast

9.30am: Session 5

11.25am: Morning Tea

12pm: Session 6 and close of Summit

1.45pm: Lunch and depart
